Avoid this company at all costs
If you would like a professional company to deal with, then this is one to definitely avoid.
Absolutely disgusting customer services. No ideas where missing products are or when they are going to be delivered.
Spoke to a number of managers within drainage online and Gap, both of which are rude and have no intention of dealing with issues apart from saying we'll offer a refund.
Is this how business is meant to be done.
What an absolute joke of a company.

Excellent company that I will shop with again.
Drainage online is a company with good old fashioned customer service skills.
Since Covid started I have noticed that the majority of companies have got greedy with their prices and worse at customer service, the same can’t be said for Denise and her team at Drainage online.
I will be recommending this company to anyone that will listen to me.

Order short, replacements wrong....
I ordered guttering from Drainage Online for a job on my parent's bungalow. When the order arrived, 2 4mtr pieces were missing along with a bracket, and a righthand end cap.
I eventually got the rest of the order this week only to find that the end cap was another lefthand, and later realised that one of the unions were for a different guttering altogether.
I rang customer service and they organised a next day courier. I recieved the correct items today, Happy days

I ordered my first delivery from Drainage Online Thursday 15th July the ordering process was very easy online. I also phoned to ask a few questions and spoke to a nice lady who was very knowledgeable and professional. On the day of delivery 1 item was missing (no fault of Drainage online) I phoned to inform them and spoke to Andy Wake who was also very polite and professional and apologised to me and said he would sort everything out immediately. I received the rest of the goods within 24 hours. First-class service from beginning to the end and I will defiantly be using this company in the future.

I was searching the market for a specific fitting that one would have thought easy to find. Andy was most helpful to search and locate the part we really needed. The pain of a long search had a solution at last! Great service!

When items turned up they were short of an access panel section of 110mm soil vent pipe.
When I called to ask where it is I'm told is special order and wont be with me for nearly 3 weeks!!
I've then requested a vat invoice 3 times and still yet to receive this???

Order arrived damaged, late and not complete. Tried to phone them 0300 123 1884 for 3 days never answer the phone, sent several emails, never replied. Had to contact my bank to recover the money!!!!!!

First time I used them they made a cock up and delivered someone else's order to me, when I phoned they knew straight away there was a problem and were on it promptly and efficiently, the young lady knew what she was doing, unlike some companies I have dealt with, hence my second order this week.
